How do I make a booking on your site?
Select which tour or activity you would like to do then select a requested date and check out.
The tours and activities on our site are NOT IN REAL TIME.
All tours and activities are on a request basis and are not confirmed until you receive your CONFIRMATION EMAIL.
The CONFIRMATION EMAIL will be sent in a separate email only when your tour or activity is actually confirmed and booked.
If we can not book your requested date/time, we will contact you via email and call you with alternative  dates/times.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners, JCB, and Discover credit cards.

What does my tour or activity include?
Each tour and activity is unique, please check the description for complete details.

How do I cancel my tour or activity?
Please email us immediately to cancel your confirmed booking.

What is your cancellation policy?
All cancellations must be received be received 48 hours prior to your confirmed booking.  Any cancellation made within 48 hours is NON REFUNDABLE. Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will incur a 10% cancellation fee. Exceptions: Maui Kayak/SUP/Surf lessons must be cancelled 72 hours in advance or are NON-REFUNDABLE. NO-SHOWS are NON REFUNDABLE.

Do you have a change fee?
No.  If you are changing your reservation to a different date/time or even a different activity/tour there is no change fee if it is done more than 48 hours in advance.

Do you have a booking fee?
Absolutely not! There are no fees to book online or by calling us toll free.
