Confirmed Bookings
Bookings are not confirmed until you receive your CONFIRMATION EMAIL, this will be sent separately after you have received your PENDING ORDER email.
Tours and activities are not confirmed until you receive your CONFIRMATION EMAIL.  Confirmations will be sent out during normal business hours from Monday-Sunday between 9-5pm Hawaiian Standard time.

Cancellation Policy
Once a booking has been confirmed by GoGoHawaii, a 10% processing fee applies to all cancellations for any activity or tour booked.  All GoGoHawaii cancellations made within 48 hours are NON REFUNDABLE. Exceptions: Maui Kayak/SUP/Surf lessons must be cancelled 72 hours in advance or are NON-REFUNDABLE.
NO-SHOWS are NON REFUNDABLE. Rain Checks: all rain check policies are determined by the tour operators.

Changing Bookings
Our team members are on hand during regular office hours Monday – Sunday (8am-5pm Hawaiian Standard Time) to assist you.  Changes must be made 48 hours prior to the original confirmed booking time/date.  There are no change fees if changes are made 48 hours prior to the confirmed booking time/date.

Rain Refund Policy
In case of bad weather, call us to see if the activity or tour is still scheduled to run.
